The Treasurers Annual Report & accompanying Documents, came from the Senate referred to Messrs Clark, Jewett & Frye with such as the House may join - and the House concurred and joined Messrs Steward of Anson, Dillingham of Turner, Hamlin of Hampden, Cushing of Augusta, Lord of Kennebunk, Waite of Falmouth & Reynolds of Garland.

Petition of the Stillwater Canal Bank for an increase of Capital was read & referred to the Committee on Banks & Banking. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Isaac Jordan & others that Mariaville plantation may be incorporated as a town was read & referred to the Committee on the incorporation of Towns. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Nathaniel Knight & others for an improved method of collecting debts was read & referred to the Committee on the Judiciary. Sent up for concurrence.

Petitions of William Jordan for a Pension - " - Henry L. Noyes for a Pension - " - Daniel Wadleigh & others for a Pension - were severally read & referred to the Committee on Military Pensions. Sent up for concurrence.

Petitions of William Rogers 3d for leave to change his name. " - Achemiah Penny Jr for same authority - were severally read & referred to the Committee on change of names.
