Report of the Bank Commissioners, communicated by the Governor [ see his message appendix page, 15] came from the Senate, that body ordering 500 copies there of to be printed for the use of the Legislature - and the House concurred.

The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Resolve - authorizing the governor to obtain the consent of Congress to lay out a road across the Arsenal lot which was finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.

Samuel Cole, returned as member of the House from the Representatives District, composed of the towns of Blanchard &c in the County of Somerset, presented his credentials, was qualified and took his seat.

And then the House adjourned.
