Petition of Stephen Cummings & others for an extension of the Charter of the Chesuncook Comp - was read and referred in concurrence with the Senate to the Committee on Interior Waters

Communication of Nath' Coffin, Clerk of the Judicial Courts, Lincoln County on the subject of Capital Offences and convictions, was read & referred in concurrence with the Senate to the Committee on Capital Punishments.

Petition of Nath' Carrol to be set off from Warren to Camden - also Remonstrances of Jesse S. Burbank & others against the petition of Enoch Craig & others - " Town of Lewiston agst the petition of Jacob McKearney & others - were severally read & referred to the Committee on the Division of Towns.
