Resolve providing for the appointment of a Public Agent to Superintend certain expenses, was read a second time & ordered to lie upon the table.

Resolve providing for the purchase & distribution of Fairfield Reports, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Bill - An Act defining certain rights & duties of Rail Road Corporations, came from the Senate, that body ordering 500 copies to be printed for the use of the Legislature and the House concurred.
