Fish Laws in relation to Chandler & Beans Mill Ponds was read & referred in concurrence to the Committee on Interior Fisheries

Petition of Benjamin Shaw & others for a Rail Road from Frankfort to Bangor was read & referred to the Committee on Rail Roads & Canals in concurrence.

Petition of Benjamin Colby Jur & others referred on the 3d inst in this House to the Committee in Interior Waters came back referred to the Committee on the Judiciary & the House concurred.

Report on the order of the 20th ult in relation to allowing 100 $ in money instead of lands & that legislation is inexpedient, was read & accepted in concurrence.

Bill - An Act to authorize the collection of interest on Executions, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bills - An Act to incorporate the Winnegance Mill Company - " to incorporate the China Steam Mill Company - " to incorporate the Great Androscoggin Falls, Milldams, Locks & Canals Con [?] were referred in concurrence with the Senate to the Committee on Manufactures.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Umbagog Company - was recommitted in concurrence with the Senate to the Committee on Interior Waters. Sent up for concurrence.
