Petition of Benja Shaw & others to be incorporated as the Frankfort Commercial Hotel Association - " Silas Barnard & others on the subject of Mills - once severally read & referred to the Committee on the Judiciary. Sent up for concurrence.

The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed - Bill - An additional Act respecting Manufacturing Companies which was passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

The same Committee reported as duly engrossed Resolve - authorizing the construction of a stone flagging on the State Lot north of the State House - additional to a Resolve in favor of certain officers and soldiers of the Revolutionary war &c - providing for the purchase & Distribution of Fairfield Reports - - to pay the expenses of certain Indians of the Penobscot tribe - - in favor of the proprietors of Township No6 in the 3d range West from the East line of the State - which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Uriah Barley & others of Franklin for a Rail Road - Benjamin Shaw & others to be incorporated as the Frankfort Marine Rail way association -

were severally read & referred to the Committee on Rail Roads & Canals. Sent up for concurrence.
