The same Committee reported as duly engrossed Resolve - authorizing the construction of a stone flagging on the State Lot north of the State House - additional to a Resolve in favor of certain officers and soldiers of the Revolutionary war &c - providing for the purchase & Distribution of Fairfield Reports - - to pay the expenses of certain Indians of the Penobscot tribe - - in favor of the proprietors of Township No6 in the 3d range West from the East line of the State - which were severally finally passed.
