Petition of Jonathan Farrar & others for the abolition of Capital punishment was read and referred to the Committee on Capital Punishment. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Asaph Farnsworth & others to be remunerated certain costs paid County Commissioners was read & referred to the Committee on Claims. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Benjamin Smith for change of name - was read & referred to the Committee on change of Names.
