The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed. Bill - Am Act to set off Seth Gilman from East Pond Plantation & annex him to Norridgewock which was passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.
The same Committee reported as truly engrossed - Resolve - authorizing then adjutant general to exchange a lot of land in Paris for that on which the gun house in said town stands - providing for the appointing of a Public Agent to superintend certain expenditures - - in favor of certain Officers & Soldiers of the Revolutionary War & the widows of the deceased Officers and Soldiers which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
