Mr Bodwell of Shapleigh has leave of absence from and after tomorrow

The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as truly engrossed Bill An Act to incorporate the Winnegance Mill Company - An Act to incorporate the Great Works Milling and Manufacturing Company - An Act to incorporate the Sullivan Granite Company which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

The Committee reported as truly engrossed- Resolve in favor of Henry L Noyes - in favor of Samuel Baker - in favor of John W Adams- - authorizing the appointment and distribution of the School Funds which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence

Bill An Act additional to an act creating the Village of Brunswick into a Corporation for certain purposes" was read a 1st, 2nd and 3rd time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence:

Bill An Act additional to an Act to establish the Bucksport and Prospect Ferry Company was read 1st and 2nd time and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3rd Read

Report on petition of R M N Smith referring same to the Committee on Manufactures, was read and accepted Sent up for concurrence.
