Petition of John DIckerson & others in aid of the petition of Cyrus W Foster - was read & referred concurrence to the Committee on Interior Waters.

Mr Perkins of Kennebunk laid upon the table a substitute for the Bill entitled "an additional act to regulate Banks by prohibiting the emission and circulation of Bank Bills of a Small denomination" which was read and 500 copies thereof ordered to be printed for the use of the the Legislature.

Remonstrance of Inh. of Norridgewock against the petition of Caleb Gilman & others & was read & referred to the Committee on Division of Towns. Sent up for concurrence.

Petitions of David Stinson & others for liberty to build a dam across Nequosset Creek in Woolwich - of Ephraim Farnham & others in aid of Petition of David Stinson & others - were severally read & referred to the Committee on Interior Waters. Sent up for concurrence.
