Petition of Louis Houdlette & others for the preservation of Fish in Eastern River was read & referred to the Committee on Interior Fisheries. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Henry Robinson for a change of name was read & referred to the Committee on change of names.

The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as truly engrossed Resolve - authorizing a temporary loan in behalf of the State - which was finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.

The House in Committee of the whole resumed the consideration of the Bill entitled "an additional act to regulate Banks by prohibiting the emission and circulation of Bank Bills of a small denomination" and after further considering the same the Committee rose reported progress and asked obtained leave to set again.

And them the House adjourned.
