268. Bills - An Act concerning Constables & Collectors Bonds were severally read a 1st & 2d time and Monday next at 10 oclock for a 3d reading.

Bills - An Act to incorporate the Howes Line Stage Company was read 1st and 2d time and Thursday next at ten oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Resolve in favor of George Brooks - - in favor of John Clark Junr - were severally read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Resolve for the preservation of the Mars Hill Road was read once & Tuesday next at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading

Resolve in favor of Alexander Boothby - - authorizing the Acting Quarter Master General to convey a lot of land, and to dispose of the Gun house in Bangor - for the relief of Solomon Littlefield were severally read once & Monday next at ten oclock assigned for a second reading.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Sebec Manufacturing Company - - An Act to incorporate the Belfast Flannel Manufacturing Company - were severally read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Resolve making appropriations for Military purposes, was read once and assigned for a 2d reading on Wednesday next and 300 copies
