Bill - An Act to establish a Registry of Deeds for the Eastern District of Lincoln County, also Bills - An Act to incorporate the Maine Sanite [?] Company - An Act to incorporate the Hollis Granite Company - An Act to incorporate the Bucks Harbour Mountain Granite Company - where were severally read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill - An Act to establish the Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts Rail Road Corporation was read 1st & 2d time and Wednesday next at 10 o'clock assigned for a 3d reading and 300 copies thereof ordered to be printed for the use of the members.

The Committee on State Lands were discharged in concurrence, from further service, the present session.

The Committee on Roads & Bridges, were discharged in concurrence, from further service the present session.

The Committee to whom was referred the subject reported that the Legislature may have a recess from and after the 28th inst. and the report was accepted. Sent up for concurrence.
