Bill - An Act to incorporate the Bangor & Moosehead Lake Stage Company, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Report of Committee on Claims that they be discharged from further service - was read & ordered to be on the table.

Bill - An additional act providing for the payment of costs in criminal proceedings, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a third reading.

Bill - An Act in addition to an act regulating Judicial Process was read a 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.
