Bill - An Act to incorporate the Muskongus Granite - An Act to repeal an act to incorporate the Howe Line Stage Company - An Act to incorporate the Granite Bank at Augusta - - An Act to incorporate the Anson Bank - were severally read a 1st & 2d time & Monday next at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill - An additional Act providing for payment of costs in criminal proceedings - - An Act to incorporate the town of Kingsbury - - An Act to repeal An Act respecting Lumber in Mattawamkeag River were severally read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve directing the printing of certain Documents was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Report on an order relative to an additional term of the Supreme Judicial Court in Washington County that Legislation is inexpedient, was accepted in concurrence.

Resolve in favor of William D. Williamson, Nathaniel Clark & Joseph R. Abbot Commissioners of State Prison, came from the Senate referred to Messrs Staples, Talbot & Kelsey with such as the House may join and the House concur & join Messrs Woodman of Wilton, Maxwell of Poland, Rollins of
