Met according to adjournment.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Hallowell Granite Rail Road Company - An Act to incorporate the South West Bend Mill Dam Company were severally read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a 3d reading.

Mr Bradford of Livermore has leave of absence from and after today.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Bank of Oldtown was called up and the vote of Yesterday refusing the same a passage, reconsidered, and then the Bill passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Lime Rock Bank was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence - and the question was decided by yeas & nays as follows yeas 106 nays 45 [ see appendix page 146.] Sent up for concurrence.

The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as truly engrossed - Bill - An Act to change the name of Milburn, which was passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Frankfort Bank was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate and the question was decided by yeas & nays as follows yeas 81 nays 72. [see appendix page 151.] Sent up for concurrence.
