Met according to adjournment.
Bill - An Act additional to an act to prevent fraud in Fire Wood, Bark or Coal exposed for Sale - was read a 1st & 2d time & Monday next at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.
Bill - An Act to provide for the Education of Youth - was read a third time & passed to be engrossed with amendments. Sent up for concurrence.
Bill - An Act to incorporate the town of Wilson was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence.
Bill - An Act to incorporate the Sagahadock Bank was called up, and the vote of Yesterday refusing the same a passage to be engrossed, reconsidered, and then the Bill ordered to be engrossed in concurrence - and the question was decided by yeas & nays as follows - yeas 81 nays 72 [see appendix page 181.]
Bill - An Act to incorporate the Medomak Bank was read a third time & passed to be engrossed, thus nonconcurring with the Senate in their refusal of the Bill a passage - and the question was taken by yeas & nays and decided as follows yeas 72 nays 65 [see appendix page 186.] Sent up for concurrence.
