the Senate, that body adhering to their vote referring the Bill without the amendments proposed by the House, to the next Legislature - the House adhere to their vote referring this Bill with the said amendments to the next Legislature.
Messrs Hobbs of Eastport & Phillips of Avon have leave of absence from and after today -
Resolves relating to the election of President and Vice President, came from the Senate amended for concurrence - and the House agree to the amendments proposed and pass the Resolve to be engrossed as amended.
Bill - An Act to establish a State Bank and the report accompanying the same came from the Senate, that body refusing the refer the same to the next Legislature and indefinitely postponing the same - the House recede and concur & then on motion Ordered That the House reconsider their vote of 30th ult ordering the said Report & Bill to be published in the Newspapers which publish the Laws of the State -
The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as truly engrossed - Bill - An Act to provide for the expenditures of the Government which was passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.
The Committee on the subject reported the Pay Roll of the House of Representatives and Resolve on the Pay Roll of the House of Representatives which was read twice & amended in several places and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
