Resolve - An additional Resolve relating to the Blind, was read a second time and referred to the joint select Committee on the subject of the Insane Hospital &c. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve providing for Clerkhire in the Adjutant Generals Office, was read a 2d time & recommitted to the Committee on the Militia with instructions to Report a statement of facts including the amount paid the Adjutant General yearly since the year 1821. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act further regulating Banks & Banking laid on the table by Mr Hamlin of Hampden, was read twice & referred to the Committee on Banks and Banking with instructions to report tomorrow morning. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act for the further regulation of the State Prison, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as truly engrossed Resolve respecting the reduction of toll on Vaughan Bridge - which was taken up - the vote passing the same to be engrossed and the Resolve referred to the next Legislature. Sent up for concurrence.

The same Committee reported as truly engrossed Bill - An additional Resolve for the benefit of the Blind and the vote passing the same to be engrossed was reconsidered and referred to the Committee on the subject of the Insane Hospital &c. Sent up for concurrence
