Resolve providing for taking the sense of the people on amending the Constitution fixing the tenure of the Offices of the Judicial Courts was read once & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading.
Report on the order directing them to inquire into the expediency of giving a bounty to encourage the culture and hulling Barley in this State, that legislation is inexpedient, was read & accepted Sent up for concurrence.
Bill - An additional act respecting pounds, & impounding beasts going at large or damage feasant & stray beasts, was read a third time, amended, & then indefinitely postponed. Sent up for concurrence.
Bill - An Act to incorporate the Norridgewock Mill dam Company was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence.
