Order from the House of Representatives, instructing the Committee on the Judiciary to enquire into the expediency of so far altering the law providing for the endorsement of original writs, that the same shall not require to be endorsed, where the plaintiff is an inhabit and of this State - read and passed in concurrence.
Order from the House of Representatives, instructing the Committee on State Roads to inquire in what condition the State Road is from Biningham's purchase to Canada line, and whether the appropriations therefore have been properly expended - read and passed in concurrence.
