appointment and place business - instructing the Committee on the Judiciary to inquire into the expediency of so amending the law relative to the mode of laying out and establishing highways as to entille any town or other interested party, that may consider themselves aggrieved by the County Commissioners, to have a revision of such doings before a jury or before commissioners to be appointed by the Supreme Judicial Court - order directing the Committee on the Militia to inquire into the expediency of appropriating the sum of One Hundred Dollars to finish the Gunhouse at Wiscasset and also instructing the Committee on Military pensions to inquire into the expediency and propriety of granting a pension to Oliver Perkins of Kennebunk for an injury sustained, by him, while on Military duty.
