Mr Woodbury, from the Committee on Division of Towns, reported leave to withdraw on petition of C.M. Cobb and others, and order of notice to next Legislature on petition of Jonathan Tinker and others. - Severally read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.
Resolve relative to the distribution of the annual School Fund came up from the House recommitted. The Senate reconsider their vote passing said Resolve to be engrossed and recommit, the same in concurrence.
Bill to incorporate the Cooper Orono Mill Company came up from the House amended. The Senate reconsider their vote passing this Bill to be engrossed and on motion of Mr Mildram recommit the same. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
Bill to incorporate the Naraquaqus Sluiceway Company was taken up and the further consideration of the same, on motion of Mr Littlefield was postponed till Wednesday the fifteenth inst.
