1097 Testimony of Henry M Harlow Sworn By Mr. Baker Q. What did you see of the kick by Mr. Luce the time spoken of? A. On my morning rounds saw his scuffle between him and the patient, saw his foot go towards him and taken away, I spoke to him quickly, he did not know I was near. we had some words about it, I told him I would see about it. He finally came to my office and I told him I could not overlook it, be better to settle with the treasurer. I did not inquire into it at all. Q. Afterwards when he wanted be re-employed did he explain the circumstances to you? A. He did Q. On examining into the circumstances were you satisfied he acted in self defense. A. I came to that conclusion and reinstated him. Q. How has he been ever since? A. He is doing well and has been so far as I am aware Q. How does the temperature in the lodge halls and rooms compare both by day and night with the temperature in the other halls? A. It's warmer in the lodges than in the other halls. There is considerable more radiating surface there than in the other rooms.
