1073 Q. What is the difference of percentage between the charges of goods to patients and the prices paid for them, or cost of them? A. The goods cost what it costs to put them on the shelves. I should say the advance may be some where from 3 to 4 percent, but think it might be as low as 3. On some goods, such as dry goods, men's clothing and that sort, and to boots and shoes, we charge as a rule 10 percent above cost price when the goods are purchased. The cost of getting the goods there includes transportation and expenses of going and buying them. Q. Has there been any change since you have been there? A. There have been no changes on goods that come there capable of being issued in the same form in which they came. Q. Has there been any change of any goods in this matter? A.
