I guess by looking over them you will find occasionally one returned who has been there. I think the Dr. has a very good judgement in that respect, think there are not very many returned again in proportion to the whole. By Mr. Hall Q. You were asked if you thought Dr. Harlow discharged patients who were not cured as cured, to know about that you would want to see each patient when he was discharged and form your own opinion as to whether the man was cured at that time? A. If I was not a physician I might not know, but if a party lived in the state and had a relapse, there is some probability of his being returned again.
