At the close of the year that register was brought in and I think I signed all the resolutions, think a majority of the council did, I think I signed along every session without any regard to what might have been there. All the provisions of the constitution with reference to the council are embraced in 4 sections? A. I could not say about that, I am not very familiar with the constitution. Q.
