No sir Q. Did you ever see a patient after he had been strapped, kicked or struck? A. I do not remember any particular case, I have seen a man bruised, saw one with a black eye today, do not remember his name. Q. Did you ever see a man over there , except this one you saw today, who had any marks of violence on him? A. Yes, where it was done by other patients, do not remember any particular case. Q. Did you see half a dozen men who had marks of violence there, during your connection with the hospital? A. Yes sir Q. Do the trustees ever make you any recompense
