During the whole 20 years you were there did you ever witness a case of abuse of a patient by an attendant? A. I do not know that I could say I ever saw anything that I called abuse, I often would hear talk . I do not remember that I ever have seen any thing that I thought worth reporting. Q. With your feelings would you have seen a patient abused by an attendant without either personally interfering at the time or reporting it? A. No, If I saw anything I thought was wrong they would hear from me. Q. State the worst case that ever you heard complained of by a patient and what you did about it? A. There was a man by the name of Christopher Wood that I used to take considerable interest in, one day I noticed he looked very dumpish, looked as though he felt bad.
