On motion of Mr Adams of Portland, 
Ordered[underlined], That Messrs Adams of Portland, Sands of Lyman + Earnes of Clinton with such as the Senate may join be a committee to consider + report in what manner the Laws + Resolves passed the pres-ent session of the Legislature shall be promulgated with leave to report by Bill or otherwise — read and passed. Sent up for concurrence.
