A message came from the House informing the Senate that they concurred in their proposition for the assignment tomorrow at 11 o clock for the purpose of choosing a Treasurer of the State for the ensuing year.

the committee on Turnpike, Bridges and Canals to whom was referred the petition of James Paul and others praying that permission may be granted them to enact a Bridge over Spinneys' Creek - reported that an order of notice to be served on selectmen of the towns of Kittery and Elliot on or before the 9th instant and published in the Portsmouth Journal and Newhampshire Gazette ten days at least before the fifth Wednesday of the present session of the Legislature - Read., accepted and sent down for concurrence. 

[Bill providing for doing just, when Executions are levied through mistake]
A Bill providing a method for doing justice when through mistake,  executions are levied upon real estate not belong to debtors - passed to be engrossed in the House came up from concurrence, read and tomorrow at 10 o clock assigned for a second reading and in the meantime committed to Messrs Dinnett and Burnham.
