1. For Making, signing, & transmitting to the Brigade Major, a false annual return of his company, bearing date in May last.
2. For counteracting the Brigade Orders of the 30. July last, by ordering his company to assemble on the day of review the 18. September last, several hours later than directed by said Brigade Orders.
