Orders of the House of Representatives, that the committee
on the Judiciary be instructed to revise the Laws for the supp-
ort of the Poor, so far as to provide for the sale of and conveyance
of the real estate of which a married woman may be seised in her
own right, for her support when she may become chargeable as
a Pauper, with to report by bill or otherwise.

That the Committee on the Judiciary to in-
-quire what provisions ought by Law to be made for the further
and better security of dwelling houses and other buildings
against fire with leave to report by bill or otherwise were sev-
erally read and passed in concurrence.

nacocook Road
The Secretary of State came in and laid upon the table
a written message from the Governor on the subject of the
Matanacocook Road with accompanying Documents
and the same was read and with the accompanying 
documents referred to Messrs Williams and Washburn
with such as the House may join. sent down for concurrence.
Concurred and Messrs Vance, Gould and Patten
were joined.
