 - repealing certain parts of the several acts now in force to organize, govern & discipline the Militia of this State -

to incorporate the Ellsworth Mutual Fire Insurance Company.
 - to set off a part of Mariaville plantaion & annex the same to plantation No. 44[?].
- to annex a part of the town of China to the town of Vassalboro
- to ascertain the number, condition & annual expense of the paupers in this State .
- to authorize towns on the County of Kennebec to associate together to build an alms house for the support of their poor - 
- recognizing the Strafford Company as a Corporation within this State.
- additional act respecting the appointment of Clerks of the Judicial Courts
- additional act respecting Foreign Attachment.
 - additional act respecting the support & regulation of Mills.
-providing for the Survey & admeasurement of Logs.
- an additional act to exempt certain good & chattels from Attachment &c.
-providing for the speedy collection of debts.
- to incorporate the Waterville Mutual Fire Insurance Company.
- incorporating the Maine Congregational Charitable Society.
- limiting the tenure of the Adjutant General.
- to cede to the United States the jurisdiction of a certain tract of land in Castine.
-additional to an act establishing the times  of holding the Supreme Judicial Court within this State.
- authorizing a Lottery for the benefit of the Damariscotta Canal Corporation.
- providing for the appointment of Surveyors of Logs at the side booms in Topsham & Brunswick in Androscoggin river & for reducing the toll on logs that may be rafted out & secured near said side booms above the Falls.
