Mr. Sweat from the committee on the votes for Senators, to whom was referred the Memorial of Abel Merrill and others, reported that the Memorialists are entitled to seats at the Senate Board. And the question of accepting said report, being ordered to be taken by yeas and nays, was decided in the affirmative as follows, to wit:
