The House concurred and the Clerk was requested to acquaint the Senate therewith.

On motion of Mr Morrell,
The vote of this morning concurring with the Senate in their proposition for a convention of the two Houses at nine o clock tomorrow morning was so far reconsidered as to nonconcur the Senate in so much their proposition as has relation to the choice of a Secretary & Treasurer of State with a view to an election of those officers at a future period -  and the clerk was requested to acquaint the Senate therewith
