On motion of Mr Scammon, 
Ordered, that Mr Scammon, Abbot and Hutchins be a committee to see what alterations if any, are necessary in the act regulating the admission of Attornies and authorizing particular persons in certain cases to prosecute and defend suits at Law, with leave to report by bill or otherwise. - read and passed.
