[Report - China Academy]

Report on petition of the Trustees of China Academy, granting a reference to the next Legislature, came down accepted for concurrence & the House concurred.

Bill to set off Nathaniel Larrabee with his polls & estate from Danville to Durham, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading. 

[Bill - form of Recognizances]

Bill prescribing the forms of Recognizances taken by Justices of the Peace, in criminal cases, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence. 

[Rep.Wm Norwood]

The committee to whom was referred the Report on the petition of William Norwood for relief, reported a Resolve - report accepted.

[Report - Military officers Accounts.]

Report on committee to enquire if there are any military officers who have received greater compensation for their services than they were entitled to by Law, that no such case has occurred, was read & accepted.  

[Bill - additional respecting Militia -]

Bill additional to an act to organize, govern and discipline the Militia of this State was read 1st & 2d time and amended - & then referred to Messrs Leach, Dunlap & Clark.
