body refusing to concur in the amendment of the House - whereupon the House voted to recede from said amendment and concur with the Senate in passing the Resolve to be engrossed. 

[Bill - fining towns &c]

Agreeably to previous notice Mr McCobb moved a reconsideration of the vote of this morning refusing a passage to the Bill, imposing fines on towns neglecting to choose Representatives", which motion prevailed. The Bill was then passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence. 

Adjourned to meet at nine oclock tomorrow morning.
