Resolve on favor of Abijah W Thayer, (reported by the committee on his petition) was read once & tomorrow at 10 assigned for a 2nd reading. 

Bill in addition to the several acts now in force to organize, govern and discipline the Militia of this State, was called up, and the House reconsidered their vote of yesterday refusing to strike out from A. B. - adopted several amendments and assigned the Bill for a 3d reading at 3 oclock this afternoon. 

Resolve in favor of Heman Nye - The House reconsidered their former votes on this Resolve so far as further to amend the same at P as on sheet annexed - and informed the Senate thereof by message. 

Bill for the preservation of fish in Piscataqua River, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate. 

Bill in addition to the several acts for the preservation of fish in Penobscot River & Bay and the several streams that empty into the same, was read a 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Resolve in favor of Thomas Cobb, was read twice & passed to be engrossed as amended at A. Sent up for concurrence. 

Resolve in favor of Plantation No 1. in 7th range in Penobscot County, was read twice & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence. 

Resolve in favor of Samuel Call, was read twice & passed to be engrossed as amended at A as on sheet annexed. Sent up for concurrence. 

Resolve in favor of John Perry, was read twice & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
