On motion of Mr. Clifford of Newfield, Ordered that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of providing by law that all actions of trespass and trespas [trespass] on the case for tort - except for injuries to the person and reputation shall survive in favor of and against Administrators and Executors - sent up for concurrence.
