The petition of Jonathan Thayer and others, praying that a law may be passed giving a party aggrieved by a Judgment of the Supreme Judicial Court, the right of review when only one verdict has been given on said Action, read and referred to the Joint Standing Committee on the Judiciary, in concurrence with the House.

Ordered, that the Secretary of State cause to be printed 200 copies of the report of the commissioners appointed to examine into the doings of the several Banks in this State.
