Petition of Rufus L. Wright for leave to flow the State lands in Township Number five, 2d range North of Bingham lands  - came from the Senate referred to the committee on State Lands for concurrence and the House concurred.

Petition of John R. Stinson and others for relief on account of monies paid by them to the State as sureties of Wm. Boynton, Deputy Sheriff, came from the Senate referred to the Committee on Claims for concurrence - and the House concurred.

On motion of Mr. Williams - Ordered, that from and after Monday next the House will hold two sessions daily except for Saturday to commence at 9 o'clock A.M. and at half past 2 P.M. and on Saturdays one session to commence at 9 o'clock A.M.
