I dont think there is an attendant there who
would intentionally abuse a patient
Q. But you think they neglect them? A. Yes;
I dont think it could be otherwise with the 
number of hours they are on duty and the
number of patients to each attendant. They must
be overworked. I dont see how it would be possible
for them to endure it and attend to them
as I consider they ought to be attended to.
