Jonathan Nowell Deacon Jeremiah Leavit & Mr. Nicholas Sewall who are to hear Said Parties and the Report of them or any two of them being made to this Court as Soon as may be to be final and Conclusive between Said Parties Judgment of Said Court being Entered up thereon Execution to Issue accordingly.
