Dear Mrs. Fuller:

A thousand thanks, but I fear I didn't make myself clear. What I wanted were the local cookbooks put out by the ladies of the 1st Unitarian Church of Ocwossoc[?]+, Me., or the ladies of Kennepepsodent, Me., Grange - any local Maine cookbooks. I know a lot have been produced, but I dunno how to get 'em. Haven't you a load of 'em in the libry; [illegible] if you haven't, couldn't you run down a few in small libries so I could have a look at 'em.

Dec. 1, 1938

Dear Mrs. Fuller: A thousand thanks, but I fear I didn't make myself clear. Best regards to you.
