Provided, nevertheless, that the lands to be so assigned, shall be reserved for the use and improvement of the Indians aforesaid. And that the said Indians, either in whole or in part, shall not have power to alienate or dispose of the lands, which may be so assigned, or any part thereof; and all conveyance of the lands aforesaid, by any Indian or Indians shall be null and void.
