Our Division left Harrison Landing Thursday evening Aug. 14, and arrived at Hampton Monday evening following after a very fatiguing march encamping on precisely the same spot we had left more than four months before. On arriving at Fredericksburg Thursday evening I was completely prostrate, not having entirely recovered my strength after my sickness and being advised by Col Brandt and others to some [?] and rest for awhile.
