I thank you kindly for your list-- As Lt. Col is full of engagements I have drawn up a request and sent it in my own hand. He has seen it: [ ] accepts, or signs as also does Capt Roberts. I have the assurance of Dea's Sale, Wheelright, and others that it will all be right with the Col. I have hurried the matter in order to get my Commission by tomorrow night if possible.
