I understand that Capt Sampson of Milo to the present care of his company will recommend him I hope you will be deposed to find occa- sion to promote him Samuel Dinsmore Wm Barton Our quota for Medford is 4 If 2 volunteer, will a drat of 2 satisfy you? Would a sum of $50.00 for each 4 satisfy the government?
